Standard rate hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm. There is an additional fee for "after hours", weekend, holiday and less than 36-hour notice. There is a minimum of 2 hours for interpreting services.  Additional interpreting time will be billed in 30 minute increments.  

IMPORTANT - By submitting this request, you agree to the terms and procedures below: An email or fax will be sent to your office to confirm your request and give you an approximate cost of the assignment. If your organization needs to cancel this request, the Deaf & Hard of Hearing Center MUST BE NOTIFIED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and no later than 36 hours prior to the assignment. If cancellation notification is not made within the 36 hour time frame, you will be billed for the total amount of your request. In the event that the Deaf & Hard of Hearing Center is unable to provide an interpreter, your office will be notified as soon as possible, no later than 1 business day before the scheduled assignment. *
